All products sold by JD Automotive Ltd are warrantied for road use only and the following are specifically excluded.
Warranty is invalid if product is modified used for taxi/hire car, racing, rally, drifting, trackday experience driving, or any other form of competition
Products sold by JD Automotive Ltd are for automotive use only. Some products may require adjustments and calibration to suit the installation in particular to cope with variances in modern fuel blends. All installations should be carried out by a competent qualified person. JD Automotive Ltd. are not liable for any faults arising from improper use or incorrect installation
The seller shall be under no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential) howsoever arising which may be suffered by the buyer, and in the event that the Seller is found liable for any loss or damage suffered by the buyer, that liability shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the goods.
