Ford 4 speed low noise quick shift gear lever

Description

This lever is designed to overcome the dreaded buzz and rattle that steel bearing levers are known for.

These are suitable for Ford 4 speed gear boxes with a metric thread.

Early gearboxes in some MK1 Escorts have an imperial thread.

The thread on this lever is 1.5mm metric pitch.

PLEASE NOTE:
The lever may require some modification on some installations to the reverse gate step.
Examine the pictures you can see the original lever has a sharp angled step.
If you struggle to select reverse you need to modify the lever to match your original reverse gate step.

No lubricants or grease should be used with this gear lever. The material of the low noise bearing is self lubricating any lubricants added during installation will cause the bearing to drag and stick and invalidate any warranty.
