Returns

If you are unsure about an item being correct for your purpose, please call us on 07811 134164 or email us before ordering to check suitability

Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for a full refund, credit note or exchange within 5 days of order date subject to the following conditions:

Items are returned carriage paid and unused in their original condition, in the original undamaged packaging.

The original shipping charge will not be refunded.

Any item that has been returned for any reason other than a product fault after the above time may be subject to a re-stocking charge (up to a maximum of 25% of the product rrp). This does not affect your statutory rights.

We cannot accept returns on any items, which have been specially manufactured or specially ordered for you.

You must get returns authorisation from us by emailing via the contact page before returning the goods.

Ensure your returned item is clearly marked with your name and address and reason for return.

Please obtain the correct level of insurance for loss or damage when returning parts. We cannot be responsible for any losses incurred in transit.

If you are returning something from outside the UK, Any re-import duty incurred by returns that have not been sent correctly, will be deducted from any refund we issue.

JD Automotive ltd. are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.

If any item supplied is faulty / damaged you must inform us before returning the item within 5 days of receipt.

All products sold by JD Automotive Ltd are warrantied to be free of manufacturing defect for a period of 3 months from date of shipping.

All products sold by JD Automotive Ltd are warrantied for road use only and the following `are specifically excluded.

Warranty is invalid if product is used for taxi/hire car, racing, rally, drifting, trackday experience driving, or any other form of competition

Products sold by JD Automotive Ltd are for automotive use only and should be fitted by a competent qualified person any damage or consequential damage arising from installation setup or tuning are the responsibility of the purchaser.
